Mail information and applications from the internet require the following in order to be eligible to vote.

The following identification is necessary to vote at the November 4, 2008 election.

Identification must accompany the application or it must be submitted by mail or in person to the Election Board at 8740 State Street, Suite 200, East St. Louis, Illinois 62203.

In addition to your signature, please print your name and include the following:

current piece of mail postmarked within 30 days of the date of your application

Utility bills (preferably)

Drivers license

State ID

Social security number

Please include on the download on the application if not listed on the application
